Unfortunately, Littleton Public Schools do not have school nurses on site. Our two secretaries and the principal are authorized to dispense medication, and follow first-aid protocols per district guidelines. Twain does have a school nurse consultant available if your child requires a health care action plan for conditions such as asthma, diabetes, seizures, or other serious medical conditions.
