 When Parenting Gets Tough

Whatever your child's age or your concern, the Family Support Line of Families First (303-695-7996) can help. This free, confidential help line provides a listening ear, support during difficult parenting times, and referrals to community agencies. Experienced and well-trained volunteers answer calls daily from 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. They can give you information, help you find practical answers to your problems or concerns, and tell you about services in the community. You may even receive useful articles and tips through the mail. Families First offers a family of support services--the Family Support Line, free Parent Support Groups, and Parent Education classes. A free children's program accompanies groups and classes. Remember...asking for help is truly a sign of strength!
