Hello, my name is Jeannette Altenhofen. This is my twelfth year teaching music at Mark Twain. I have lived in Colorado most of my life and graduated from Air Academy High School and Colorado State University. I taught music for five years in Iowa and have spent many years teaching private piano and as an organist/pianist at various churches. I have two children, aged 7 and 3. My hobbies are reading, swimming, playing the piano, organ and bagpipes. Teaching at Twain is fun. I especially enjoy teaching students to play songs on our Orff instruments.
